Pueri Cantores San Gabriel Valley (PCSGV) is welcoming middle school and high school aged boys with changing or changed voices as new members in its Pueri Archangeli ensemble. Interested singers should demonstrate knowledge of fundamental musical symbols and notation, and demonstrate accuracy of pitch.

Pueri Archangeli, led by Patrick Flahive, is an opportunity for young men to acquire training and experience in both personal and ensemble vocal development, geared to the needs of the young male singer.

Weekly rehearsals are held on Sunday evenings from 5:15 – 7:15 pm in the Music Classroom of Sacred Heart School, 360 W. Workman Street, Covina, California 91723.

Pueri Archangeli is currently preparing to travel to Italy as part of the very first ensemble of select young singers in American history to sing with the Sistine Chapel Choir.  Their tour will include liturgical and concert singing in Assisi and Rome and culminate in Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica with Pope Francis.
